  4. 1x1 I.D. picture (Latest 2 pcs.)
  5. Filled-up Membership Application Contract (To be secured in Sub Area/Main Office-2 copies)
  6. Violation of Contract Clearance (VOC)To be secured in the Main-Office
  7. Clearance of No Accounts To be secured in the Sub Area Offices

 GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES FOR MEMBER-CONSUMERS  
  • Pay your Electric Bills on Time to avoid the inconvenience of being disconnected
  • Pay your Bills to the AUTHORIZED CENPELCO Collectors only.
  • Effective February 2009, the No Roving Collectors Scheme will be implemented to the municipalities of Bugallon, Labrdor & Sual, Alcala, Bautista & Bayambang. With this new scheme, consumers are required to pay their monthly electric bills in their respective Sub-Area Collection Center.
  • Always demand for an OFFICIAL RECIEPT (OEBR) for any amount paid.
  • Visit or call CENPELCO offices in cases of Billing Problems.
 DISCONNECTION & RECONNECTION  
  • After Nine (9) days grace period, consumers are given 48 hours demand notice, after which disconnection of electric Service will be implemented.
  • Disconnection of delinquent consumers are undertaken by Contractors of CENPELCO.
  • Disconnection Contractors are not authorized to receive any payment from member consumers.
  • Reconnection will only be implemented after full payment of the following accounts:
    • Consumed Bills and Penalties
    • Reconnection Fee
    • Calibration Fee
    • VOC balances if applicable
    • Duplex wire 6 Service Drop
  • Meters will be connected to the pole for those whose connections are not yet pole metered.
